CROP CiRCLES in Norway 1991: 1
The Norwegian Crop Circle Group does not intend to determine whether a particular formation is man-made or not. Our ambition is to collect as much information as possible about all aspects of the phenomenon. In cases where we should receive conclusive evidence that a circle is man-made, we will inform the readers. Undocumented claims that a circle is man-made, will be registered, but usually not published. The reason is that we have experienced that many persons independently claim to have made the same formation.
The Norwegian Crop Circle Group aims to reduce the unserious attention around the phenomenon. We therefore find it necessary to reverse the onus of proof, and demand that the alleged circle makers present real evidence to accompany their claims, before we will present these claims at this web site.

LOOK OUT FOR CIRCLES
Norwegian Crop Circle Group has no possibility to overlook all the acres in our
extended country, neither from the fields nor from the air. We depend on
observant people to report to us when a circle occurs. We therefore kindly
ask you to "keep your eyes open", and let us know as soon as
there is a possibility that a circle have appeared.
